BEYOND STRENGTH & ENDURANCE AFFILIATE LEVELS
Level I – Beyond BASIC
BASIC provides our community class programming with details to accommodate each gym’s specific needs. This provides much more than sets, reps and time domains. Daily programming will provide work to rest ratios and percentages specific to strength levels, as well as masters specific training protocols, workout stimulus, video exercise demonstrations and more. A weekly check-in email is sent to give each gym the opportunity to provide feedback. With BASIC, you can simply and seamlessly transition your gym’s programming. It’s time to GO BEYOND.
Level II – Beyond RESULTS (MOST POPULAR)
RESULTS gives you programming specifically written for your gym. Training cycles, what levels are called in class (Rx, Rx+, scaled, etc), specific prep for events (Murph, 12 days of Christmas, etc.) and access on a weekly basis to provide feedback for training adjustments or modifications. This level takes into account your equipment, gym layout, members’ fitness levels, your specific goals for the gym, movements that you do – or do not – want to include, gym culture and more to program exactly what you need, exponentially saving you time and giving your members the results they’re looking for.
Level III – Beyond PLUS
If your gym offers additional programming outside of the class format (example: Barbell Club, endurance classes, etc.), PLUS is the ultimate option. This level includes the customized class programming from the RESULTS level, plus programming for up to two additional formats (more can be added upon request).
