Workout #3 details:

Running Clock

YOU MAY NOT SET THE BARBELL DOWN FOR THE DURATION OF THE WORKOUT OR YOU FAIL. YOU MAY HOLD IT ANY WAY YOU LIKE, JUST CANNOT PUT IT DOWN. YOU MUST ALSO REMAIN IN THE “HURT LOCKER” OR YOU FAIL.

1)“The Climb” Alternating EMOM 4min (0-4min):
-Back Squat x 15
-S2OH x 10
2) “The Conversation” Alternating Angel/Devil 4min (4-8min):

Movement: max rep Hang Squat Clean and Jerk
Must accumulate at least 40 reps to Pass

Angel (minutes 4,6): if you complete 15 unbroken reps you may skip to the next section, if not you continue

Devil (minutes 5,7): reps working towards your total, minimum 8 or you fail

3) “The Truth” 2 min:
No reps, just holding in the FRONT or BACK RACK ONLY. Not anywhere else. You made it through reps, now can you just breath and finish?

Level 1: 95/65

Level 4: 155/110
Level 5: 165/115
