6 x V-ups (use weighted vest to increase difficulty)

8 x Push-ups (use weighted vest, hand release, diamond or a combination to increase difficulty, also modify to knees as needed)

12 x Lunges (use weighted vest, DB, KB or another weighted object to increase difficulty)

#2: “Drop it like it’s hot”

EMOM 10:

5 x Hollow Rocks (tipping back and forward is one rep, use weighted vest or object in hands to increase difficulty, bend one knee or both to modify)

7 x Burpees (use weighted vest to increase difficulty, go to half burpees aka sprawls to modify)

9 x Air Squats (use weighted vest or do squat jumps or both to add difficulty)

#3: “Shoot straight”

EMOM 10:

8 x Sit-ups

7 x Sprawls

6 x Alt. Pistols (add KB/DB or weighted vest to increase difficulty, go to split squats or lunges to modify)

#4: “Kryptonite”

8 x Frog Jumps

16 x Shoulder Taps

24 x Mt. Climbers
