Minute 4: 6 Gorilla Rows

*reps dropped again on Gorilla Rows, try to increase weight

*COACHES: set the clock for four, 4-minute intervals, have people split, some start on T2B, some on HSPU, start the clock counting down, T2B/HSPU until the 3:00, rest until the 2:30, HSPU/T2B until the 1:30, rest until the 1:00, Gorilla rows for everyone then rest for the remainder of the minute
