Lateral hops over KB x 3,6,9,12,15,etc

Single DB Hang Clean & Jerks x 2,4,6,8,10,etc

Lateral hops over DB x 3,6,9,12,15,etc

#4: “Clean your plate”

Plate G2OH (ground to overhead) x 2,4,6,8,10,etc

Plate OH Lunges x 2,4,6,8,10,etc

#5: “Overboard”
