Running Clock
YOU MAY NOT SET THE DUMBBELL(S) DOWN FOR THE DURATION OF THE WORKOUT OR YOU FAIL. YOU MAY HOLD THEM ANY WAY YOU LIKE, JUST CANNOT PUT THEM DOWN. YOU MUST ALSO REMAIN IN THE “HURT LOCKER” OR YOU FAIL.
1)“The Climb” Alternating EMOM 4min (0-4min):
-Alt. DB Snatch x 14
-Alt. Hang DB Squat Clean x 12
2) “The Conversation” Alternating Angel/Devil 4min (4-8min):
Movement: max rep OH DB Lunges
Must accumulate at least 60 reps to Pass
Angel (minutes 4,6): if you complete 30 unbroken reps you may skip to the next section, if not you continue
Devil (minutes 5,7): reps working towards your total, minimum 14 or you fail
3) “The Truth” 2 min:
No reps, just holding in the FRONT RACK ONLY. Not anywhere else but in the front rack. You made it through reps, now can you just breath and finish?
