*Pace Goal: 4-6 Rounds

*Cleans: should be heavy singles back and forth, around 70-75% of power clean 1 rep max

*Lunges: hold both DBs down at your sides, can use KBs if needed because of class size

*Run: should be 2:30 or less, add machine of your choice for 30/24 calories if weather is bad, rotate through them if needed
