FALL TRAINING PLAN
Leaves falling just like the seconds off your mile time.
A lot of runners love to steadily increase the distance of their runs, especially with the beautiful scenery that Fall brings. When is the last time you focused on your speed and decreasing your pace with shorter, more focused runs?
Starting October 5th through November 25th, join us 5 days a week online to work on bringing your single mile time down through the use of interval training, in/outs (different paces throughout the run), body weight strength and mobility work.
Runs are based off of your mile time trial so it is specific to each individual. There are three different levels of total mileage based on your experience.
