AMRAP 19:
14 x Burpees
14 x Lunges (if you have a BB the weight is 95/65, you can also use DB, KB or MB if you have one)
14 x Sit-ups
—-at the 19 min mark you will go straight into—
“Double Shift”
2 RFT:
12 x Turkish Get-up (use DB, KB or MB if you have one, if not do reverse burpees CLICK)
24 x Thrusters (if you have a BB the weight is 95/65, if not use a DB or KB single arm or double arm)
48 x Push-ups
