Layout of Event
20 of each machine will be in their marked zones.
Individuals: Start on their machines during qualifications, but at the start line during the finals relay. Individuals must cross the finish line at the conclusion of the row.
Teams: All athletes may start on their chosen machines during the 2-minute qualifications. For the relay, all athletes must start on the start line and the athletes doing the next machine must stay behind the line of the designated machine zone until their teammate hits the distance/calories before they can move forward to the next machine. This does mean when the row is completed in round 1,2 and 3 the athlete doing the run will have to run back to the beginning to begin the run in the next round. Whoever is wearing the timer has to finish across the finish line after the 4th round row to conclude the workout
