  3. Inverted Rows (bar set at roughly waist height, split the difference for partners with height difference, VIDEO)

  4. Weighted Sit-ups @Fitness: 14/10, Performance: 20/14, Sport: 30/20

  5. Hang Power Cleans @Fitness: 95/65, Performance: 115/75, Sport: 135/95

  6. Wall Balls @Fitness: 14/10, Performance: 20/14, Sport: 30/20
