100/80 x Calorie Bike (90 for mixed teams)
1 mile Run
*start on different modality if needed because of class size
*whatever modality you start on you must finish all calories or distance before moving on to the others
*one working, one resting
2) As Many Rounds and Reps as Possible:
40 x Alt. DB Snatch @Fitness: 35/20, Performance: 50/35, Sport: 70/50
40 x Box Jumps @Fitness 20/16” or less, Performance: 24/20”, Sport: 30/24”
40 x Single DB Hang Squat Clean @Fitness: 35/20, Performance: 50/35, Sport: 70/50

*2 SCORES: total time, rounds + reps
