Team of 3 As Many Rounds and Reps as Possible in 27 minutes:

40/32 Calorie Bike

30 MB Up and Overs

20 MB Slams

*Pace Goal: 5-7 Rounds

*each partner starts on a movement, all working at the same time, once everyone completes their reps then you all must do 1 Rope Climb before rotating to another stating

Beginner: 30/24 cal bike, 20 MB up and overs, 10 MB Slams, no rope on transition

Intermediate: 35/20, half or 3/4 rope climbs

Advanced: 50/35
