80 x Single DB Goblet Squats @Fitness: 35/20, Performance: 50/35, Sport: 70/50 (split with partner)

70 x Side to Side Knee Raises (split with partner)

60 x Single DB Plank Rows @Fitness: 35/20, Performance: 50/35, Sport: 70/50 (split with partner)

50 x Sprawls

400m Run each person (may break it up, for example: each person runs 2 x 200m, alternating with partner)

30 x DB Leg Raises (hold DB with straight arms, split with partner)

200m x Single DB Farmer’s Carry each person (switch hands whenever you want, may break it up, for example: each person carries 2 x 100m, alternating with partner)

10 x Synchronized Single Arm DB Thrusters @Fitness: 35/20, Performance: 50/35, Sport: 70/50
