From the answers you selected it appears you have a good balance of task and time driven motivations. All styles of workouts can go well with this mixed mentality.
Chipper: high rep movements to “chip away” at how you choose, steady grind mindset
AMRAP (As Many Rounds and Reps as Possible): you know definitively when the workout will end, choosing your appropriate effort level according to that
For Time: list of tasks to complete as fast as you can, the faster you move the faster you are done
EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute): this breaks the workout into small chunks, move fast to complete the tasks, clock tells you when to work on tasks again
How does this compare to your work or your daily life? Is it the same or do you prefer this when working out, but not in other areas? Does it depend on whether or not you like or enjoy the tasks you have to complete within the time?
Good questions to consider.
