Murph Strategies

Murph WOD recommended strategy baselines:

  • If you are able to do 20+ unbroken pull-ups, 40+ unbroken push-ups and 80 continuous squats (with or without a weighted vest), we recommend that you complete the Murph WOD at the RX level, straight through as written.

  • If you are able to do 10+ unbroken pull-ups, 20+ unbroken push-ups and 40 continuous squats (with or without a weighted vest), we recommend that you complete the Murph WOD at the RX level, breaking up the reps.

  • NOTE: We understand that this workout is one that a lot of people really want to do at the RX level and with the vest. At the end of the day, you are an adult and make your own decisions. We feel these baselines give you the best opportunity to complete the workout in under one hour.
