“Death by” format is an every minute on the minute (EMOM) style workout with the reps increasing until you can no longer complete them in the minute
#6: “Push yourself”
Sit-ups x 2,4,6,8,10,etc
Push-ups x 2,4,6,8,10, etc
#7: “What’s your overhead?”
Single KB or DB S2OH (shoulder to overhead) x 1,2,3,4,etc this is each arm
Single KB or DB S2Oh x 1,2,3,4,etc this is each arm
*minute 1 you will complete the S2OH on your right arm + the OHS on your right arm + S2OH left arm + OHS left arm
*minute 2 you will complete the 2 x S2OH on your right arm + 2 x the OHS on your right arm + 2 x S2OH left arm + 2 x OHS left arm
*continue increasing by 1 rep each minute until you cannot complete it in the minute
#8: “Plot Twist”
Plate Russian Twists x 4,8,12,16,etc
Plate Thrusters x 2,4,6,8,etc (hold the plate in front, squat and press overhead)
*using a single plate, 15# to 45#,
#9: “Snatching Bells”
Single Arm KB Hang Snatch x 1,2,3,4,etc this is each arm
#10: “Voyage”
Cal Row x 1,2,3,4,5,etc
Air Squats x 2,4,6,8,10
