FaceTime, Skype or use another app to complete these partner workouts. WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER.

#1: “Together we Burpee”

AMRAP 10:

10 x Swings (overhead or shoulder height, up to you)

5 x Burpees

*you go, I go format: partner 1 completes 10 swings, partner 2 then completes 10 swings, partner 1 then completes 5 burpees, then partner 2 completes 5 burpees, that is one round, continue for 10min

#2: “Clean presses”

20 RFT:

6 x Single arm Hang squat cleans

6 x S2OH

*alternate right hand and left hand each round AND alternate rounds with your partner…partner 1 does 6 hang squat cleans right hand and 6 S2OH right hand then partner 2 does 6 squat cleans right hand and 6 S2OH right hand, partner 1 does 6 squat cleans left hand and 6 S2OH left, partner 2 does 6 squat cleans left hand and 6 S2OH left hand, etc…you each will do 10 rounds (5 right hand, 5 left hand)

#3: “Swolemates”

20 Rounds for Strength:

5 each arm x Single arm strict press (can go to push press if the only KB/DB you have is heavier, can also increase reps to 8 or 10 if all you have is a lighter weight)

5 each arm x Single arm rows

*alternate rounds with partner: partner 1 does 5 each arm of press and 5 each arm of rows, then partner 2 goes, you will each do 10 rounds
