Welcome to the Rowing Challenge! This is a fun way to utilize intervals to work on your fitness post-COVID.
Two age divisions: 35 and over, 34 and under. THE TOP MALE AND FEMALE IN EACH DIVISION WILL GET A FREE 4 WEEK PROGRAM OF THEIR CHOICE.

This is a running clock:
0 - 1 minute: Row 10/8 calories, rest until the 1 minute mark
1 - 3 minute: Row 20/16 calories, rest until the 3 minute mark
3 - 6 minute: Row 30/24 calories, rest until the 6 minute mark
6 - 10 minute: Row 40/32 calories, rest until the 9 minute mark
10 - Completion: Row 50/40 calories
*These are max effort rows. Record your time for each interval and post them by clicking the button below.
