From the answers you selected it appears you are a more task driven person. There are two main styles of workouts that go well with this mentality.
For Time: list of tasks to complete as fast as you can, the faster you move the faster you are done
EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute): this breaks the workout into small chunks, move fast to complete the tasks, clock tells you when to work on tasks again
How does this compare to your work or your daily life? Is it the same or do you prefer this when working out, but not in other areas? Does it depend on whether or not you like or enjoy the tasks you have to complete?
