WELCOME TO THE BSE TEAM!
WE APPRECIATE EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU FOR ALLOWING US TO BE A PART OF YOUR STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE JOURNEY. CHECK OUT THE INFORMATION BELOW ON WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT, WHAT APPS YOU NEED AND MORE.
Basic info:
1) Please sign the waiver CLICK
2) Each Sunday you will receive info about the upcoming week by 5pm EST.
3) Workouts will be uploaded to your TrueCoach account by 5pm EST the day before.
4) One video will be submitted each week for a total of 4 in the month. Monday or Tuesday will be the day you video, please submit them via Hudle ASAP after filming.
5) Each week there will be 5 Training Days, 1 active recovery day and one full recovery day.
6) There will also be a weekly challenge released on Sunday that you have all week to do.
7) Some training days will include progressions and drills based off of your video review, others will include Strength or Endurance based off “tests” completed in workouts. There will always be a MetCon (metabolic conditioning or WOD).

TrueCoach for clients: this is where you will see your weekly workouts
TrueCoach Connect: this is how you can easily communicate with your coach. As of now, we do not necessarily have a limit on this, but we ask that you be respectful of everyone’s time so that we can best assist all of the team members.
Video Review
You have been added to our team on Hudle. This allows you to see feedback on your videos as well as some of the video review of others.
To add a video:
-click the record button in the app
-click import on the bottom right
-select your video and click import
Some more specifics
Cycle = 2 Blocks
Block = 4 weeks
*Each cycle has a high level focus, each block has a more specific focus.
Weeks 1 and 3 of each block will be 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 off. Weeks 2 and 4 of each block will be 2 days on, 1 off, 3 days on, 1 off.
