WOD Prep:

2-3 Rounds

5 Thrusters (build to WOD weight)

10 Single or DB Unders

WOD:

Every 90 seconds for 9 minutes (6 sets):

12 Unbroken Thrusters

36 Double Unders

*Pace Goal: 60sec or less each set

*thrusters: once the barbell is in the front rack position you must keep it there until all 12 thrusters are complete, you may rest but it must be in the front rack
