One person working on Max Rope Climbs in 3 minutes (Fitness: Rope Pulls)

Two people working on As Many Rounds and Reps as Possible in 3 minutes:

50m x Single DB Carry @Fitness: 50/35, Performance: 70/50, Sport: 100/70

6 x Power Cleans @Fitness: 155/105, Performance: 165/115, Sport: 185/125

*one person does the carry, the other person does the cleans

*at the 3 minute mark you rotate, rope climb person comes into the AMRAP, carry person is now on cleans, clean person is now on rope climbs, continue this pattern for the 27 minutes…each person will rope climb for 3 sets of 3 minutes

*two scores: total rope climbs (2 rope pulls = 1 rope climb) and total rounds + reps
