5 Back Squats at 75% and build

MetCon:

As Many Rounds and Reps as Possible in 14 minutes:

10 Toes to Bar

15 AbMat Sit-ups

30 Double Unders

*Pace Goal: 7-8 Rounds

Beginner: 5 Lying Leg Raises, 10 sit-ups, 20 line hops

Intermediate: Hanging Straight Leg Raises, 40 single unders

Advanced: as is
